MotoRadds App Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the MotoRadds mobile app ("the App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eligibility and Your Account

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App, and you must comply with all laws that apply to you, including licensing and traffic laws where you ride or drive. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Usernames (@handles) are unique and may be reclaimed if they impersonate others, infringe rights, or violate these Terms.

Ride Safely — Important

MotoRadds is a ride-logging and social app. It is not a navigation tool, a safety device, or an invitation to ride beyond your abilities or the law. By using the App you agree that:

• You will not interact with your phone while operating a vehicle. Set up the App before you ride and review your stats after.
• You will obey all traffic laws, speed limits, and local regulations at all times.
• Riding motorcycles and driving carry inherent risk. You participate in rides — including group rides and meetups organized through the App — voluntarily and at your own risk. MotoRadds does not organize, supervise, vet, or control rides or the people who attend them.
• Stats shown in the App (such as distance, duration, or lean angle) are estimates from your phone's sensors, provided for entertainment, and may be inaccurate. They are not a measure of skill and must never be treated as a challenge to push limits on public roads.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you create in the App (photos, messages, rides, clubs). You grant MotoRadds a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and share that content solely to operate the App — for example, showing your profile and rides to other users, or generating a share image at your request.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: harass, threaten, or abuse other users; post content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringes anyone's rights; impersonate any person; spam or advertise without permission; use the App to plan or glorify illegal riding activity such as street racing; attempt to access other users' data; or interfere with, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.

Reporting and Moderation

The App provides tools to block users and report messages. Reports are reviewed and acted on where appropriate, but we cannot guarantee removal of any particular content, and we are not responsible for content posted by users.

Subscriptions

The App is currently free. If optional paid subscriptions are offered in the future, they will be billed through your Apple ID, renew automatically unless cancelled in your Apple subscription settings, and be subject to Apple's payment terms. Prices and benefits will be shown before you purchase.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of data, or uninterrupted availability. GPS and sensor data may be inaccurate or unavailable.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MotoRadds and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for personal injury, property damage, or losses arising from your riding or driving, your interactions or meetings with other users, or your use of or inability to use the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Apple App Store

These Terms are between you and MotoRadds, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the App and is not responsible for it, but Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.

Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or where required by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date; continued use of the App after changes means you accept them.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which MotoRadds operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
