MotoRadds Lifetime Warranty Policy

At MotoRadds, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. That’s why we offer a Lifetime Warranty on all our mounts, including the FLEX Slim and FLEX Classic models.

What’s Covered:

Manufacturing Defects: Issues with the material, construction, or workmanship.

Premature Wear: If your mount starts to separate, warp, or degrade through normal, intended use.

What’s Not Covered:

Damage from misuse or improper installation

Loss or theft

Modifications to the mount or use with unapproved accessories

Damage from extreme conditions (heat, chemical exposure, etc.)

How to Claim:

To qualify for a replacement under our warranty, please:

1.Provide your original Order Number or proof of purchase.

2.Submit a clear photo or video of the damaged/unusable mount.

3.Email your warranty claim to info@motoradds.com

Once verified, we’ll send you a free replacement. In some cases, a small shipping fee may apply, especially for international addresses.

Important Note on Warranty Decisions:
While we strive to honor every valid warranty request, all warranty replacement decisions are ultimately made at the discretion of MotoRadds. Each claim is carefully reviewed to ensure it meets the criteria outlined above. We reserve the right to determine whether a product issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect, premature wear, or falls outside the scope of coverage. Our goal is always to be fair and transparent, but this policy allows us to balance excellent customer service with the need to protect against misuse or claims that don’t align with the intended use of our products.
