Shipping Policy
Processing & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
Risk of Loss & Damage
Once an order leaves our facility, MotoRadds is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged shipments. Responsibility transfers to the carrier upon handover, and from the carrier to you upon delivery (including delivery to the address you provided, a mailbox, doorstep, or any location designated by you or the carrier).
This includes but is not limited to:
- Packages marked as delivered but not received
- Packages stolen after delivery
- Damage occurring in transit
- Delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control
- Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed shipments
Customs, Duties & International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or brokerage charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the order total and are not refundable. Refused international shipments due to unpaid duties are not eligible for refunds.
Lost or Damaged Shipment Claims
If your shipment arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and any relevant documentation (photos of damage, tracking screenshots, etc.).
While we are under no obligation to refund or replace items lost or damaged in transit, we will generally do our best to find a fair and amicable solution — this may include filing a carrier claim on your behalf, offering a partial refund, issuing store credit, or sending a replacement at our discretion.
Our Discretion
MotoRadds reserves the right to refuse refunds, replacements, or reshipments based on the circumstances of each case, including but not limited to:
- Insufficient evidence of loss or damage
- Claims submitted outside the 7-day window
- Repeated claims from the same customer
- Indications of fraud, abuse, or misrepresentation
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Refusal of delivery or failure to retrieve the package
We're a small team and we take customer service seriously. Customers who approach support in good faith will always get our best effort. Customers who open with accusations, threats, or abuse forfeit the goodwill resolutions described above, and may be refused service at our discretion.
All resolutions are offered as a goodwill gesture and do not constitute an admission of liability.
Shipping Insurance
For added protection, we recommend selecting any available shipping insurance option at checkout where offered. Insured shipments are subject to the carrier's claim process and terms.
