Delete your MotoRadds account
You can permanently delete your MotoRadds account and its data at any time, directly in the app:
- Open the MotoRadds app and sign in
- Go to Settings
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, rider license and stats, logged rides and routes, garage vehicles, friends and chat messages, and any invite codes associated with your account.
Can't access the app?
Email us at info@motoradds.com from the email address on your account with the subject line "Delete my account" and we will delete it within 30 days.
What we keep
If you placed a physical order (for example a rewards item), we retain order and shipping records as required for accounting and legal compliance. All other personal data is deleted.
